1. The Coastal Flora of the Departments of Chañaral and Taltal
The area is remarkable for the large number of species restricted to it or ranging only a short distance beyond its borders. It is a center of pronounced endemism.
2. Flora of the Nitrate Coast
Flora of the most arid section of this very dry region, comprising about 400 odd kilometers of Chilean littoral between lat. 20° and 24° S. On this section of coast are situated the principal nitrate ports, Antofagasta, Tocopilla and Iquique.
